What is Serve Mobile?
Serve Mobile is a planned second-number app by Serve Aurora that will let people call and text from a real phone number over WiFi on any device, similar to TextNow or Google Voice.
Can I use Serve Mobile now?
Not yet. The app preview is built, and real phone numbers, calling and texting will turn on after carrier setup, 911 address support and texting registration are complete.
Will Serve Mobile be free?
Pricing has not been decided yet. Serve Aurora is exploring free and sponsored options for neighbors in need.
How is Serve Mobile different from Access Wireless?
Access Wireless provides cell phone service through Lifeline for eligible households today. Serve Mobile will be an internet-based second number that works over WiFi.
