How listings are published

Serve Aurora, a program of NIEVES Ministries, publishes approved listings after editorial review. A listing does not imply a partnership, endorsement, nonprofit credential, or guaranteed availability. Editors check original descriptions, official websites, contact details, duplicates and appropriate categories. Unconfirmed details are omitted.

Verification & ownership

A checked date means an editor recorded the official sources they used. It does not guarantee current services or eligibility. Contact the organization before visiting or applying. Owners must sign in and provide evidence of their authority; editors manually verify claims through an official organizational channel before assigning ownership. Never submit IDs, medical information, financial records, or confidential addresses.

Reviews & responses

Only firsthand experiences may be reviewed. One published review per account per listing is allowed. Owners cannot review their own listings. No fabricated, incentivized or abusive reviews are permitted. Reviews and owner responses require moderation. Serve Aurora cannot independently confirm every experience. Ratings reflect published community reviews; no ratings are invented. Use the correction form to dispute incorrect information or report an inappropriate review, including its reference.

Corrections & removals

Use a profile’s correction option to request an update, report unsafe information, or request removal. Changes enter a private editorial queue. Owners can request changes through their dashboard. Editors can unpublish invalid or outdated listings and record their reasons. No response time or resource availability is guaranteed.

Sponsored listings

Paid placement, when present, is labeled Sponsored. It does not affect review scores, verification, or organic ranking. Sponsorship is never inferred from a submission.

Privacy & reuse

Public profile information and approved reviews are visible to everyone. Account details, submissions, claims, and correction requests are private. Do not include sensitive information in submissions or reviews. Public visibility does not grant unrestricted copyright reuse. No public bulk API is offered at this time.
