How to Perform Hands-Only CPR

  • 20 Steps

About

This program provides Aurora residents with the practical skills needed to respond during a cardiac emergency. It focuses on the critical steps of hands-only CPR: identifying if someone is in cardiac arrest, activating emergency services, and delivering high-quality chest compressions. By removing the barrier of rescue breaths, this training makes life-saving intervention accessible to everyone, regardless of prior medical experience. Participants will learn how to maintain the correct rhythm and depth of compressions until professional help arrives, directly supporting the mission of Serve Aurora to foster a safer and more resilient local community.
