Stop the Bleed: Community Emergency Response

This course provides community members with the skills to manage severe bleeding until professional rescuers arrive. You will learn to identify life-threatening hemorrhage and perform critical interventions such as applying direct pressure, wound packing, and using tourniquets. The curriculum covers the use of commercial trauma kits and explains how to improvise with available materials in an emergency. The training focuses on fast, effective decision-making to improve survival outcomes after an injury.
